S&P Global Ratings has downgraded its Trinidad and Tobago's long-term foreign sovereign credit rating by one notch to 'BBB+' from 'A-', as country's debt burden has increased sharply amid economic recession. The outlook is stable. Moody's credit rating for Trinidad and Tobago was last set at Baa3 with negative outlook.
