PolyNovo Limited is an Australia-based medical device company, which is focused on advanced wound care that designs, develops, and manufactures dermal regeneration solutions using its patented NovoSorb biodegradable polymer technology. Its solutions include NovoSorb Biodegradable Temporizing Matrix (BTM) and NovoSorb MTX. NovoSorb BTM is a synthetic, biodegradable and biocompatible device designed to facilitate the dermis to grow within a patented polyurethane matrix when lost through extensive surgery, trauma or burn.
