Under the Funds management segment, it enters into asset and funds management agreements with external capital providers. It also offers underwriting, capital raising and asset identification services. Under the Company-owned projects segment, it acquires parcels of land in Australia, primarily for residential development purposes. Certain land holdings also produce non-residential blocks of land. Under the Joint arrangements segment, it enters into joint agreements with the government, statutory authorities, and private landowners for the management of the development projects.
