Industrial production in Lithuania rose by 1.8% year-on-year in July 2025, easing from an upwardly revised 4.9% gain in the previous month.
The downturn was mainly due to a softer growth in output for the manufacturing sector (1.9% vs 5.2% in June).
At the same time, activity declined further for water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation services (-4.1% vs -3.4%).
In contrast, production increased for electricity, gas, steam, and air-conditioning supply (8.0% vs 7.6%), while output rebounded for mining and quarrying (0.4% vs -5.2%).
On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, industrial output fell by 1.8% in June, following a 2.7% decline in the preceding period.
