Qualicorp Consultoria e Corretora de Seguros SA, formerly Qualicorp SA, is a Brazil-based company primarily active in the healthcare insurance sector. The Company focuses on administrating and managing healthcare plans, including group health and dental insurance. Its activities are divided into two areas: Affinity and Corporate. The Affinity division offers intermediary services between insurance providers and institutions, as well as additional administrative services, such as monitoring of the medical services used and monthly billing. The Corporate division provides insurance advisory, brokerage, management of outsourced benefits, connectivity and risk to national and international companies, as well as government bodies. The Company operates through a number of subsidiaries, such as Qualicorp Corretora de Seguros SA, Qualicorp Administradora de Beneficios SA and Gama Saude Ltda.
