Venture Corporation Limited is a Singapore-based provider of technology services, products and solutions. The principal activities of the Company are to provide marketing research, design and development, product and process engineering, design for manufacturability, supply chain management, as well as product refurbishment and technical support across a diversified range of products. The Company operates through two segments: Advanced Manufacturing & Design Solutions (AMDS) and Technology Products & Design Solutions (TPS). The Company operates in two principal geographical areas - Singapore and Asia-Pacific (excluding Singapore).
