AGL Energy Limited is an Australia-based company that supplies energy and other services. The Company operates through three segments: Customer Markets, Integrated Energy and Investments. The Customer Markets segment is responsible for the retailing of electricity, gas, telecommunications (broadband/ mobile/voice), solar and energy products and services to residential, small and large business customers. The Integrated Energy segment operates AGL Energy’s power generation portfolio and other key assets, including coal, gas and renewable generation facilities, natural gas storage and production facilities, and development projects. The Investments segment comprises AGL Energy’s interests in the ActewAGL Retail Partnership, Energy Impact Partners’ Fund, Energy Impact Partners’ Fund SCSp, Activate Capital Partners, Solar Analytics Pty Limited, Sunverge Energy Inc, Ecobee Inc, RayGen Resources Pty Ltd, Honey Insurance Pty Ltd and Ovo Energy Australia Pty Ltd.
