The Company's primary focus is acquiring and managing oil and natural gas royalties. The Company manages a non-government portfolio of oil and natural gas royalties in Canada. The Company's total land holdings encompass approximately 6.8 million gross acres. Of this, its mineral title lands (including royalty assumption lands), which it owns in perpetuity, cover approximately 750,000 acres. The Company owns approximately 380,000 acres of unleased mineral titles. The Company also has interests in over 44,000 wells.
