Netcare Limited is a South Africa-based investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, operates a private hospital network. The Company provides a range of general, emergency and specialized medical care services. The Company operates through two segments: Hospital and Emergency services, and Primary Care. Its Hospital and Emergency services segment includes hospital and pharmacy operations, which covers private acute hospital network and non-acute services. The non-acute services include emergency medical services, the operation of private mental health clinics, as well as cancer care services. Its Primary Care segment offers healthcare services, employee health and wellness services, and administrative services to medical and dental practices. The Company’s cancer services include radiosurgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, bone marrow transplant and robotic-assisted surgery.
