Its portfolio primarily consists of upper upscale hotels located in convention, resort, destination and urban markets. The Company’s hotels are operated by third-party managers under long-term management agreements. Its third-party managers, included: subsidiaries of Marriott International, Inc. and managers of six of the Company’s hotels; Crestline Hotels & Resorts.
