It also sells, installs, and services propane appliances, including heating systems. The UGI International segment consists of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) distribution businesses conducted by its subsidiaries and affiliates. This segment also conducts energy marketing business. The Midstream & Marketing segment consists of energy-related businesses conducted by its subsidiary, UGI Energy Services, LLC. The UGI Utilities segment consists of the regulated natural gas and electric distribution businesses of its subsidiary, UGI Utilities, Inc.
