Zimbabwean Gold Currency Exchange Rate USDZiG
The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) has introduced several currencies over the last few years to address economic challenges, deal with inflation and regain monetary sovereignty. The latest change came on April 5, 2024, where the RBZ replaced the Zimbabwean dollar with a new currency called ZiG, a structured currency backed by gold, in another effort to stabilize and strengthen the country's monetary system.
