Denmark’s seasonally adjusted trade surplus widened to DKK 35.3 billion in December 2025 from an upwardly revised DKK 31.6 billion in November. Exports rose 3.3% month-on-month to DKK 188.4 billion, driven by a 2.8% rise in goods exports and a 4% jump in services exports. Imports also increased by 1.5% to DKK 153.1 billion, supported by a 0.8% gain in goods imports and 2.3% rise in services imports. For full-year 2025, exports of goods and services increased by 3.4% to DKK 2,149 billion, while imports increased by 1.5% to DKK 1,805 billion.
