By sector, prices of services recorded the highest increase (up 2.2 percent), followed by agricultural, livestock and fisheries products (up 1.7 percent) while cost of industrial goods was flat. In addition, prices of fresh food went up 3 percent.
The core index grew 2.4 percent, the biggest increase since January.
On a monthly basis, consumer prices fell 0.1 percent after being flat in October as service cost showed no growth and prices of agricultural, livestock and fisheries products fell 2.2 percent, offsetting a 0.2 percent gain in rices of industrial goods.
